Central Parke office complex. Located in Norwood, OH. This complex of three buildings had controls systems installed to allow remote connection the buildings central plants. If an alarm was received in the past a maintenance person was dispatched to see what problems were involved. After the installation of some DDC controls the buildings were able to be remotely monitored and greatly reduce the need for personnel to be dispatched.
This complex uses Johnson Controls for the monitoring and control processes of the central plants.
The installation of the DDC control system also reduced alarms by more closely controlling the parameters required for the cooling tower, boiler, and pump operations.
