Executive Building. Located in downtown Cincinnati, OH has benefited from the addition of direct digital controls to control their boiler, chillers and new cooling tower (Installed by EDI,inc.) This project was set up to grow with the changes in the operation of the building. The building was pre wired during the controls project such that each floor had easy access to an expansion of the controls system.

The building was fitted with a new counterflow cooling tower using a variable frequency drive on the cooling fan to control the loop temperature. This resulted in a much more closely controlled system while saving energy.
